Swan Mills to get into energy business

Swan Mills, a Mumbai based textile manufacturer, on Tuesday said that it planned to get into energy business. The company in a notice to Bombay Stock Exchange also said that it proposed to change its name to Swan Energy and Infrasturcture Ltd.

The company is prposing to invest Rs 380 crore in equity shares of GSPC Pipavav Power Company.
