| The other categories' winners included Balmundi Estate, Nilgiris in Tamil Nadu which was adjudged the 'Best Estate Branded Coffee'. Jagalikal Estate, Bhadra Industries Limited was adjudged the 'Best Arabica Estate'. |
| Winner exporters under various segments such as green, instant, specialty coffee and best exporters to different nations for 2005-06 were also announced. Amongst the major participants were General Commodities, Bangalore; Allanasons, Mumbai; Tata Coffee Limited, Bangalore. |
| On the occasion Nester Osorio, executive director, International Coffee Organisation,was felicitated. |

| The Specialty Coffee Association of India (SCAI) also announced the winner of the India Barista Championship 2006-07. |
| Vikram Kashyap has been adjudged the platinum award winner and was also awarded for his Coffee Signature Drink. The gold silver and bronze award winners were Mustafa, Narain and Girish Menon respectively. |
