Tata Housing offers homes at launch prices

Buyers will be allocated homes under random allocation of homes done by global consulting and audit firm KPMG

Tata Value Homes, an arm of Tata Housing, today said it is coming out with a concept called "National Home Buying Day" where home buyers can buy already launched houses at their launch prices. The company is assuring an appreciation of 33%.

The offer will be available between February 21 to 24. The company said a few houses in some of its projects are on offer and buyers will be allocated homes under the random allocation of homes done by global consulting and audit firm KPMG on March 5, 2014.

The offer will be available across projects such as La Montana in Pune, Inora Park in Pune, New Haven in Bangalore, New Haven Compact in Ahmedabad and Santorini in Chennai.

Buyers need to make an  online payment of Rs 20,000 which is refundable subject to non-allotment of a home.

Tata Housing is the realty development arm of the Tata group.
