TCS currently has a headcount of 1,000 and the expanded facility can accommodate 4,000 more employees.
“We are going to open the new facility at our Bhubaneswar centre in 1-2 months. The facility will add 4,000 people,” said N Chandrasekaran, managing director and chief executive officer, TCS after calling on chief minister Naveen Patnaik.

“We are concentrating on Bhubaneswar. The city has availability of talent as well as infrastructure,” said Chandrasekaran. TCS had set up its development centre in the city - TCS Kalinga Park in 2009 on a 46-acre plot.
