Two directors quit Hero Honda board

Hero Honda Motors Ltd has informed BSE that Toshiaki Nakagawa, Jt. Managing Director and Sumihisa Fukuda, Technical Director of the company have resigned from the board of directors w.e.f. March 22, 2011 and the same has been considered and approved by the Board of the company by way of passing resolution by circulation on March 31, 2011.
