Income from operations grew 18.4 per cent to Rs 848 crore, against Rs 716 crore a year ago. Unitech also made a provision of Rs 103.5 crore towards diminution in value of its investment in the wireless business.
For 2012-13, net profit declined 11.7 per cent to Rs 209.5 crore, against Rs 237 crore the year before. Income for the year stood at Rs 2,440.5 crore, up 0.9 per cent from Rs 2,418 crore.
During the year, Unitech achieved sales booking of about 5.48 million sq ft with a value of about Rs 2,807 crore.
