Total income has increased from Rs 948.9 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 to Rs 1,006.93 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013.
EBIT in Q1 was at Rs 1,785 crore. EBITDA margin was at 20%.
Dollar revenue of the company stood at $1,588.3 million; rupee revenue of the company was Rs 8,936 crore.
The company stated its second quarter revenue guidance at $1.62 - $1.65 billion.
Wipro said it added 28 new clients in the first quarter of FY14. It said that the company saw higher confidence among customers. They said, they saw a pick up in large deals in Q1.
