Kerala bar hotels get court nod to run till December 12

Kerala high court today has allowed 317 bar hotels to continue functioning till December 12. According to a single bench order, bars had to wind up operations by November 30. Meanwhile, a division bench of the court did not allow a stay on the verdict of the single bench.

The single bench had earlier allowed bars in four and five star category to continue operations.
