S S Bhogal has been elected as the new chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Punjab State Council for 2015–16. Sandeep Jain has been elected as the vice-chairman. Bhogal is the managing partner at Bhogal Exports.
Eastablished in 1938, Ludhiana-based Bhogal Group of Companies has been in the Bicycle and Spares business, catering to Indian and European markets.
Jain has done his Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy in 1994 from Bangalore University and Diploma in Business Management, along with advanced courses in Export Import Management and Computer Applications. Jain joined Oswal Wollen Mills in 1996 as vice-president and later promoted to executive director position.
