The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has inked a pact with the Republic of Belarus for bilateral cooperation. A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed in Minsk by Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, whole-time member, Sebi, and Vladimir Amarin, minister of finance, Belarus, in the presence of President of India Pranab Mukherjee and President of Belarus Alexander V Lukashenko.
