Thieves dig 150-ft tunnel to steal petrol in Delhi, exposed after blast

Press Trust of India New Delhi A blast in an oil pipeline in Dwarka created panic in the area, with the police later discovering involvement of some persons in oil pilferage.
It was found that a 150-feet tunnel had been dug and some unidentified persons were apparently attempting to steal oil, police said today.
