Prime Minister Narendra Modi is clearly the biggest celebrity on social media. He loves using Twitter to share his thoughts with people and Twitterati love to interact with him too. Currently on a tour of five nations in Central Asia, the PM was in Kazakhstan on Tuesday.
The PM also went to inaugurate the India-Kazakhstan Centre of Excellence in Information and Computer Technology. The Centre houses the supercomputer “Param” provided by India and this is when the PMO handle tweeted this picture
