Antony panel on Cong poll debacle gives report

Defence minister A K Antony;s report on the Congress debacle in the Assembly polls called for fixing responsibility of party leader in Uttar Pradesh, while glossing over scion Rahul Gandhi’s role, though he’d led the campaign in the state. On the Punjab polls, the report says declaring Amarinder Singh the chief ministerial candidate did not help. As for Goa, it has cited “corruption” as the major issue which led to the dismal performance.
