The website was launched by Tourism Secretary Shilabhadra Banerjee in Seoul recently.

The arrival of Korean tourists to India has increased by more than 56 per cent during the last three years. Last year, the number of visas issued from Korea were 70,000 and this year the target is 100,000 tourists from the South Korean market.

The tourist-friendly website will disseminate tourist information in the Korean language.        Addressing representatives of tourism and travel industry from Korea on the occasion, Banerjee talked about the latest initiatives undertaken by the government in the tourism sector.
