DMK MP Kanimozhi and three other accused in the 2G spectrum allocation case moved the Delhi High Court on Saturday. Apart from Kanimozhi, DMK-run Kalaignar TV’s MD Sharad Kumar and Kusegaon Fruits and Vegetables Pvt Ltd directors Asif Balwa and Rajiv Agarwal moved the high court against the rejection of their bail pleas.

Kanimozhi has been in Tihar Jail since her arrest on May 20. She was denied bail by the trial court on Thursday despite the CBI not objecting to her bail plea.
