A Lokayukta court here posted till tomorrow orders on a private complaint accusing Karnataka Home Minister R Ashok of being involved in illegal denotification of government land causing an estimated loss of Rs 50 crore to the state exchequer.
Lokayukta Special Court Judge N K Sundhindra Rao posted the complaint filed by Jayakumar Hiremath for orders after hearing it.
Former CM Yeddyurappa is the second accused in the complaint. The compl-aint pertains to two instan-ces (9.12 guntas and 14 guntas) of alleged illegal den-otification of land belon-ging to the Bangalore Development Authority in Lottegollahalli (present RMV extension phase II) when Yeddyurappa was the Chief Minister of the state.
