| "The domestic and international airports are under modernisation process. The interior is getting renovated," secretary special projects Sanjay Ubale said. |

| The airport modernisation plan will be carried out in two phases. The phase one includes upgradation of terminal 2A. Terminal 2B and 2C will be renovated under phase II. |

| "The part of the phase I is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year," Ubale added. |
