Toll collected on the National Highways last fiscal registered an increase of about 37 per cent at Rs 2,613.42 crore compared to Rs 1910.76 crore collected in 2007-08.
In the current fiscal, toll collected up to May is Rs 511.47 crore, Lok Sabha was informed today.
"3,476.31 km length of National Highways has been completed partially in stretches and hence are not under tolling," Minister of State, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways R P N Singh said in a written reply to a question in Lok Sabha.
