Promote Mysore, says industry

Industrialists in Mysore want their sector to be treated on a par with Bangalore. A plea to this was by entrepreneurs here. State industry and commerce secretary G V Kongavad visited the Mysore Industries Association and held discussions with the local industrialists on issues relating to them. Cities like Mysore had many opport-unities for industries, he said underlining the need to promote more industries in this Tier II city. He assured to resolve their issues. Entrep-reneurs requested govern-ment’s earnest attention to Mysore city in respect of industries.
