Reliance Industries Ltd plans to seek advisory services of Israeli security agencies and UK’s Scotland Yard for strengthening security at its Jamnagar refinery in Gujarat, said Parimal Nathwani, president, corporate affairs.

The company is considering this option in the wake of the serial blasts that rocked Ahmedabad on Saturday, he said.

“Reliance refinery, being a private refinery, cannot have access to the Central Industrial Security Force,”said Nathwani. “The company is in the process of deciding between Scotland Yard and Israel,” he said.
