Life Sciences solutions provider Take Solutions today said it has signed a deal with Indoco Remedies Ltd for sharing technical know-how.
As per the deal, Take Solution would provide its web-based software package 'PharmaReady Solution Suite' to Indoco Remedies.
PharmaReady solution, software designed by Take Solutions would help pharmaceutical companies in monitoring their document filings for regulatory approvals.
"After through analysis by our regulatory & international teams, we zeroed in on PharmaReady.... It would meet our long term vision of expanding our generic basket to regulated markets," Indoco Remedies Director-Finance & Operations Sundeep V Bambolkar said in a statement.
Speaking about the partnership with Indoco, Ramesh L Vice-President Take Solutions said, 'PharmaReady' as a product has achieved immense success because of the ease of installation.
Indoco Remedies, a Mumbai-based pharmaceutical firm has achieved a sales of more than 100 million dollars in the last fiscal.
