Thirst quenched, but miles to go

The world today achieved the Millennium Development Goal of reducing the number of people without access to safe drinking water by half. Despite the good news, India with 53% population having no access to latrines, is delaying the global progress towards total sanitation by 2015.(Click for graphic)
