Modi wins Vadodara Lok Sabha seat by 5.70 lakh votes

The Election Commission of India (ECI) declared BJP's Prime Ministerial nominee Narendra Modi as victor from Vadodara Lok Sabha constituency.

Modi was declared winner over Indian National Congress' Madhusudhan Mistri by 5,70, 128 votes.

Modi bagged 8,45,464 votes while Mistri polled 2,75, 336 votes.

Modi is also leading from Varanasi Lok Sabha seat where is pitted against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal and Congress' Ajay Rai.
