A Rangaswami quits Sundaram Finance
Non-banking finance company Sundaram Finance today said A Rangaswami has resigned from his directorship with effect from April 1.
He would be replaced by the present deputy managing director Srinivas Acharya, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. Acharya's term as deputy managing sirector expires on March 31 and he would continue as director with effect from April 1, it added.
