| Talking to Business Standard, Keshav Aggarwal, general manager, PNB (UP East zone), said: "Retail is coming up in a big way. In UP, the growth rate for retail is around 40 per cent while that of the agriculture sector is 35-40 per cent. There is still a gap in UP for big industries to invest but as far as small and medium industries are concerned, they are coming up and we are welcoming them with open arms." |
