| "Our relationship with IFLA has been very successful and we have learnt quite a lot from various discussions that we have had with the other member companies. We have also contributed to this knowledge-sharing forum. Most of the other companies' business model is transaction-based and is automated. So, we have shared our business model with them on how to go about with people-to-people relationship, which greatly helps in customer retention," Srinivasaraghavan, managing director, Sundaram Finance, said. |
