The term of office of 11 members of the Council of States (Rajya Sabha) from the States of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand is to be expire on 25.11.2014. The details are as given below: -
The Commission has decided to hold Biennial Elections to the Council of States from the States of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand to fill up the above said vacancies so arising in accordance with the following programme:-
