Daniel Craig offered $150 million to return as James Bond

Sony wants the actor to play Bond in two more feature films, which would be shot back-to-back

Hollywood actor Daniel Craig has reportedly been offered $150 million to return to the popular series of spy films "James Bond".

Sony has offered the actor a massive sum to play Bond in two more feature films, which would be shot back-to-back, According to Radar Online.

"(He) has played a genius hand. Everyone knows how much executives adore him, and the idea of losing him at such a crucial time in the franchise isn't an option as far as all the studio honchos are concerned," a source said.

Whereas, producer Barbara Broccoli has already gone on record to say that she does not want to lose her leading man any time soon.

Recently, a probable list of replacement candidates was also released which featured actors like Idris Elba, Tom Hiddleston, and Aidan Turner.

Craig is currently filming Steven Soderbergh's film "Logan Lucky", alongside Channing Tatum and Adam Driver.
