   9.15 Fair Play is the name of the vanishing Magic spray used recently in the Football world cup. It was invented by a former amateur player from Brazil, Heine Allemagne. It gets its name from the requisite 10 yards (9.15 meters) the players have to retreat to when a free kick is awarded against them.
