| The Xavier Labour Relations Institute in India (XLRI) at Jamshedpur has launched a post graduate programme in management and insurance in association with ICICI Prudential, in an attempt to train students to face challenges in the insurance sector. |

| Public sector defence equipment manufacturer and supplier Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) is all set to sign an agreement with CAE, the Canadian flight simulator and pilot training solutions provider, for a helicopter pilot training school in Bangalore. To be called Project Hatsop, the training school will be an equal joint venture with an investment of $52 million. |
