ARSS Infra surges on Rs 255-cr new orders

ARSS Infrastructure Projects has been locked in 5% upper circuit at Rs 126 after receiving work orders worth of Rs 255 crore for road projects from the Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Ltd, (MPRDC).
The first project of Rs 100 crore is for strengthening, widening, maintaining and operating of Sijhata - Hinoti -Malgaon - Khamriya, Ater - Poudi - Mharajpur - Parsamaniya & Managawar - Kehunthpur roads (MDR Package - X) on built-operate and transfer (BOT) on annuity basis.
“The second work order for strengthening, widening, maintaining and operating of Phoolsagar - Niwas -Shahpur Road (MDR Package - VII) on BOT, annuity basis. Total cost of the project is Rs 155 crore,” the construction and engineering company said in a filing to the stock exchanges.
A combined 278,179 shares have changed hands on the counter so far and there are pending buy orders for 107,504 shares on the NSE and BSE.
