Asian markets move up

Asian markets have recovered from the lows of the day. The Hang Seng has added 376 points (1.7%) to 21,873. The Nikkei has slipped 92 points (1%) to 10,546.

The Taiwan Weighted has advanced 76 points (1%) to 8,188. The Shanghai Composite is up 16 points at 3,278.

The Seoul Composite and the Straits Times have moved up 0.62% each.

Asian markets are mixed this morning. The Hang Seng has advanced 135 points to 21,632. The Nikkei, however, has slipped 92 points to 10,546.

The Taiwan Weighted has added 28 points to 8,141. The Seoul Composite is up 10 points at 1,683.

The Shanghai Composite and the Straits Times are flat.
