Asian markets rally; Hang Seng gains 824pts
Asian markets are rallied smartly this morning.
The Hang Seng has surged 824 points to 14,793.
The Taiwan Weighted index has advanced 82 points to 4,952. The Straits Times index has gained 90 points at 1,884, and the Seoul Composite index has added 27 points to 1,141.
The Shanghai Composite index is almost flat at 1,727 - down one point.
