Mentha oil futures prices today shot up by 1.13% to Rs 934.90 per kg as traders created fresh positions, driven by pick-up in spot market demand.

Increasing demand from exports and limited supply from the producing areas led to rise in the prices of mentha oil.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the June contract gained Rs 10.50, or 1.13%, to Rs 934.90 per kg in 766 lots.
