Nickel down 0.8% on global cues
Weak global trend pulled down nickel futures trade here
Press Trust of India New Delhi Nickel futures for March moved down by Rs 7.20, or 0.79% to Rs 909.40 per kg in 5,523 lots.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the April contract declined by Rs 4.90, or 0.53% to Rs 919.60 per kg in 3,693 lots.
Subdued domestic demand had a negative impact on nickel futures.
Speculators offloading their positions affected the trade.

On the London Metal Exchange (LME), nickel dropped 0.4% to $16,790 a tonne.
