Shares of Piramal Enterprises have inched up and are trading higher by 1.5% at Rs 863 on the BSE in a falling market on reports suggesting that the company may acquire Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS) - India's largest unlisted infrastructure developer and financier.
