While the reason for the dealy could not ascertained as the registra as well as the merchant bankers are tight liped on the issue, sources close to the developoment said, its the ONGC issue fiasco, which is leading to a dealy in the PTC listing at the stock exchnages. |

| A senior SBI Caps official on condition of anonimity said, " The issue is more or less sorted out and the shares are expected to get listed at the exchnages in the next couple of days. SBI Caps are the lead manager to the issue while, MCS was the registrar. |
