Refined soya oil futures down on profit booking

Refined soya oil fell by Rs 8.30 to Rs 620.80 per 10 kg in futures trade today, as traders indulged in profit-booking at higher levels influenced by fall in spot market demand.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, refined soya oil for delivery in May shed Rs 8.30, or 1.31% to Rs 620.80 per 10 kg, with a trading volume of four lots.

Prices of refined soya oil futures dipped as speculators indulged in profit-taking at existing higher levels, traders said.
