So if you were one of the corporates thinking of shifting your office to Gurgoan, because Connaught Place was too expensive, here is some good news. The gap between rentals in Delhi commercial heartland is getting narrower than ever before in comparison to Gurgoan.
Rentals in Connaught Place are down to a mere Rs 70 to Rs 100 a square feet which is nearly half of what it used to be two to three years ago. And rentals in Gurgoan which were earlier nearly one fourth or one fifth of that in Connaught Place are now at Rs 40 per square feet.
