Further, as per the code of conduct for prevention of insider trading of the company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for all the directors, officers, designated employees and others covered under the said code from August 24, 2015 till September 03, 2015 (both days inclusive), the release added.
The stock opened at Rs 352 and touched a high of Rs 360. At 2:10PM, over 14,000 shares were traded on both the stock exchanges.
