Shares of Holcim group of Indian companies - ACC and Ambuja Cements are trading in opposite directions ahead of their CY13 results.
Both the sister companies are scheduled to announce their CY13 results later today.
Stocks of ACC are trading firm at Rs 1,017.9, up 1% while those of Ambuja were weak on the bourses.

The industry has not been doing good in terms of profitability for quite a few quarters now. Latest quarterly results from biggies like UltraTech and Shree Cement suggest that demand scenario continues to be challenging for the sector.
This is not letting them increase cement prices too, which in turn is taking a toll on their profit margins.
Amid this, it would be interesting to see how these two companies - among the largest cement makers in India perform.
