The partnership with PWG would enable the company to enter the rapidly growing post war market of Sri Lanka, the release said.
PWG is the biggest health and fitness players in Sri Lanka providing Gym facilities to its members and has deep knowledge on the local market conditions, the release added.
The stock opened at Rs 264 and touched a high of Rs 278. At 12:35pm, over 440,000 shares were traded on both the stock exchanges.
