A lady from the UK said that drinking urine helped her maintain slender figure, youthful looks and good health.

Sylvia Chandler said that she hasn't visited a doctor for the past decade because of her practice, Metro.co.uk reported.

She told Closer magazine that drinking her own urine has kept her healthy and energised.

Chandler said that she drinks a glass of urine in the morning and another couple during the day, asserting that it tastes delicious - a bit like water, but sweeter.

She said that she also uses her urine to tend to any burns she may suffer.

Chandler also claimed that she cleaned her face and hair with it too.
