The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday challenged the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to probe the sources from where it was receiving its funds for its activities in anticipation of elections. It further said that the BJP's fund raising activities should also be investigated.

"The BJP is questioning where we are raising our funds from; we have put every detail of donations received by us on our website. They are asking for a probe into our fundraiser, we dare them to hold any investigation," said AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal.

He also added that the BJP and the Congress should be questioned about their fund raiser and alleged that not AAP's but money for the other two parties comes from abroad. Therefore strict action should be taken against them.

"The BJP is threatening to hold an income tax enquiry, we are ready for that but they should also be investigated. I request the media to ask the BJP and the Congress about their funds. They should give a list of ones who raised funds for them," Kejriwal added.

AAP had reportedly collected over Rs. 91 lakhs in Mumbai in its fund-raising effort last week and on Sunday also second such event was organized in Delhi to boost its coffers for the upcoming assembly elections.
