The Congress on Saturday alleged that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has been fooling people and added that party chief Arvind Kejriwal has made a U-turn on every promise made to the people till now.
"I want to ask, why is AAP fooling people? They have made a U-turn on every promise they have made," Congress leader Ajay Maken told mediapersons.
"Arvind Kejriwal had filed an affidavit before last elections. In the affidavit he had pledged that he would not take big chief ministerial accommodation, cars with beacons and security cover after he becomes chief minister. But we have seen that after he became chief minister he asked for two government bungalows," he added.
Ahead of the Delhi Assembly elections, all the parties in the fray are indulging in making accusations and verbally attacking each other.
Delhi Assembly elections are scheduled to be held on February 7.
