AasaanJobs announces its latest 'Quote' feature for associate partners

Online recruitment marketplace that connects entry-level job seekers with employers AasaanJobs on Tuesday announced the launch of its new Quote feature for its associate partners.

The new addition allows consultancies registered with AasaanJobs to submit quotes on selected jobs, and bid on the same.

Launched in February, the Quote feature also helps potential employers decide which consultancy to choose based on the latter's performance in the past as well as its recruitment score displayed on the platform.

"We would like to believe this is the first step toward building a marketplace in the realm of job search and recruitment for both employers and consultancies associated with our platform. So far, we have received more than 30 quotes on over 20 jobs over the past two weeks since the feature was launched, and are expecting to see more partners participating in this process," said VP Marketing AasaanJobs, Siddharth Gupta.

Employers have the option to determine the rates for which they choose to work. As soon as the job is approved, the associate partners of AasaanJobs can submit their quote on the listing, and book the job they want. The employer can then select which job he would want to work on based on the score of the consultancy.
