A council has revealed that Abba's music helps improve customer satisfaction, if it is played as their on-hold music.

Lincolnshire county council has revealed that their customers like listening to Billy Ocean's hits while hanging onto their phone lines, Metro.co.uk reported.

The council has reduced its call rate by more than half, from 4,000 calls per month to just 1,600 by adopting this unique way of playing different music.
