Australian golf ace Adam Scott, who is ranked No.2 in the world, had reportedly tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend Marie Kojzar in a small Bahamas ceremony on April 17th after the US Masters.

Swedish architect Kojzar, who dated Scott long term in the early to mid 2000s before a split of a few years, reunited with the golfer before he claimed the Masters in 2013.

According to News.com.au, the couple decided to just leap right into wedded bliss without any official engagement and they celebrated their union at Scott's Bahamas residence in the presence of a few friends and family.

Confirming his marriage, Scott said that he is happy being a 'settled down man', adding that he and Kojzar decided to get married as they had known each other long enough.

According to Scott the bride wore a 'non-traditional' dress while he wore a suit with a bow tie, adding that they decided to have a low-key wedding.
