Adam Shankman is in negotiations to direct Paramount's upcoming comedy project 'O'Lucky Day.'
The film stars 'Game Of Thrones' Emmy winner Peter Dinklage as a con man who portrays to be a Leprechaun, although it is unlclear if he actually is, Deadline.com reported.
Mary Parent and Cale Boyter will be producing the film, which was penned by Andrew Dodge, through their Disruption Entertainment banner, along with Dinklage.
Damian Shannon and Mark Swift doing the rewrite, and the production is anticipated to begin in April.
