Amanda Bynes, who has been forced to stay at a psychiatric facility to treat her mental issues, could reportedly be spending another year in psych hold, based on a judge's ruling.
Earlier, the 'She's the Man' star's doctors at the facility had asked a judge for a long-term hold on Bynes so that she could be properly treated.
According to TMZ.com, the doctors then transferred control of the hold to the actress' mum, who is currently acting as her daughter's temporary conservator.
Sources told the publication that it's unlikely Bynes will be held for a year, but the plan is to keep her in a facility for 60 days to stabilize her and then shift her to her mom's home.
The publication has also alleged that Bynes will be going to the UCLA Medical Center for the long-term hold.
